All rights, titles, interests, and content displayed on the Website (“Content”) is owned or controlled by Cosmetics Supply Trading B.V., affiliates and licensors, and is protected by EU and international copyright, trademark, patent, or other intellectual property laws. Cosmetics Supply Trading B.V. owns the copyright in the selection, compilation, assembly, arrangement, and enhancement of the content on the Website.
You are prohibited from posting or transmitting any material to or from the Website that is:
• (a) Threatening, defamatory, obscene, indecent, seditious, offensive, pornographic, abusive, liable to incite racial hatred, discriminatory, menacing, scandalous, inflammatory, blasphemous, in breach of confidence, in breach of privacy or which may cause annoyance or inconvenience

As a wholesale business, we do have a minimum order of 5,000 pcs
You are responsible for payments due for any products ordered. If we do not receive payment from your credit issuer or its agents, you agree to submit the payment to us in full. You shall be responsible for any costs of collection for overdue payments. Your purchases may be subject to governmental taxes.
You are responsible for payments due for any products ordered. We only accept payments through TT Bank transfer. Our company account details will be clearly stated on the payment invoice after an order is made. The payment of the purchase price is considered an advance payment. Any and all invoices are due for payment on the date shown on the invoice, unless alternative arrangements have been agreed between the Purchaser and us.
All goods sold by us are on delivery basis only. We do not have the facilities where customers can pickup goods. We are doing our best to ship each delivery as soon as possible. For delivery times, please allow approximately 3-5 business days after shipment. You can receive more detailed information on the tracking page of the delivery service.
All goods are shipped EXW. Cosmetics Supply Trading B.V. is not responsible for customs, duties, taxes, broker fees, or any return shipping. All such charges are the responsibility of the receiver.
For International Orders (Outside EU), the Cosmetics Supply Trading B.V. logistics department can assist the client in finding the best freight forwarding services (affordable shipping rates, fast transit, etc.). Cosmetics Supply Trading B.V. acts only as a link between the consignee and the transport agent and will not be responsible for any extra charges arising from the operation.
The inventory status may change before we can ship your order. For your consideration, if we are no longer able to ship the product you ordered, we will contact you by phone or email. From time to time there might be such a situation like natural disasters and calamities which can affect the delivery process. We will contact you if your order is delayed due to natural disasters or calamities. will notify you by way of email when your goods are to be dispatched to you.
If we do not receives no communication from you, within 3 working day of delivery, regarding any problems with the Goods, you are deemed to have received the Goods in full working order and with no problems.
Although goods are shipped EXW, it is possible that the shipping company may bill Cosmetics Supply Trading B.V. for customs, duties, taxes, broker fees, or other charges. All international customers agree that Cosmetics Supply Trading B.V. may bill the customer the same amount without advance notice or authorization from the customer. By placing an order on our website, all international customers agree to these terms.
We are charging sales tax for merchandise ordered based on E.U sales tax rate. A tax of 10% is applied for all orders made and paid for within the E.U. Any orders made and paid for from outside the E.U, the tax is not taken into account.
You have 24 hours before shipment date to cancel your order. We will refund you minus 10% deduction from the total order amount to cover the cost of labour and administrative fee. In case your order has already been shipped, kindly follow the return policies stated on The Return Policy that correspond to your reason of return.
If any of these Terms are found to be invalid by any court or regulator, the other Terms shall continue to apply.
